Verify patient and insurance information, schedule appointments, obtain and document information for billable patient accounts, support referral processing, and provide customer-service oriented administrative support using clinic systems (EPIC).

Manage day-to-day operations and performance of imaging modalities (X-ray, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Breast Center, OR technologists). Oversee staffing, scheduling, competency development, budgets, regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, and liaison with clinical partners. Mentor staff, support education, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely, accurate, patient-centered diagnostic services.

The Specialty Scheduling Assistant is responsible for scheduling support, processing physician orders, and coordinating clinic activities to enhance patient care.
