Manages the Revenue Services education program, including curriculum development, onboarding, trainer development, e-learning, policy creation, training delivery, and education tracking. Maintains Oracle education records, supports Epic workflow-change education, creates reports and materials, and ensures annual Revenue Cycle training compliance.

Supports escalated technical issues, documentation, customer training, workflow optimization, and project alignment with business requirements. Oversees printer fleet management, managed print services, Epic workstation and BCA configurations, and hardware implementations supporting the EMR environment.

Leads enterprise transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, managing a portfolio exceeding $150 million in net operating income impact. Develops transformation roadmaps, business cases, operating models, risk plans, and benefits realization strategies. Advises healthcare leaders through complex organizational change, provides data-driven recommendations, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and oversees project governance, financial reporting, stakeholder readiness, and integrated work plans.
