Manage end-to-end vendor procurement, including RFP/RFQ development, vendor selection, contracting, compliance, invoices, and timeline tracking. Lead internal and external event planning, logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination. Support onboarding, staff training, budget tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication with vendors, Legal, Accounting, and department staff.

14-week paid workforce traineeship (35 hrs/wk) for program participants to learn building-science trades. Trainees shadow contractors and CEE trainers to perform insulation, HVAC, and energy-audit tasks (blower door, IR camera, air sealing), enter data into CEEtrack/NEAT, attend weekly debriefs, and prepare for BPI certification exams.

Manage and deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud projects end-to-end, including solution design, automation, reporting, permissions, and data security. Work with stakeholders and vendors, train users, mentor junior admins, and document best practices. Identify and implement process improvements and integrations to support program tracking for a mid-sized nonprofit.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFx and funding opportunities: coordinate stakeholders, write and edit proposals and pitches, ensure compliance and version control, maintain templates and content library, track opportunities in CRM, and support business development strategy and market intelligence.

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Large Commercial Buildings assessment program: manage recruitment, scheduling, delivery, reporting, budgets, and KPIs; maintain program processes and documentation; manage utility and stakeholder relationships; supervise staff; coordinate with engineers and analytics for accurate savings and implementation; pursue business development and pilot opportunities to expand engineering services.
