Lead CEE's legal, compliance, risk, and contracts functions. Provide legal advice across programs, manage outside counsel, oversee contracts lifecycle, lead corporate insurance and risk management, maintain governance and AI policy, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise a small legal team while serving on leadership and information security groups.

The Regulatory Technical Manager will estimate energy savings, conduct cost-benefit analysis, manage data, and engage stakeholders while overseeing regulatory filings and complex analytical tasks.
