Lead coordination and execution for a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. Manage cross-functional dependencies, RAID logs, schedules, testing/readiness, partner deliverables, stakeholder communication, governance, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, aligned delivery across multiple workstreams.

Provide expert systems engineering leadership for enterprise-scale GEOINT systems across NSG/ASG: translate mission needs into requirements and architectures, support integration/verification/validation, lead AoA/COA/trade studies, advise on cloud and resiliency, coordinate across agencies, and mentor engineering staff.

Senior Web Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Navy enterprise web applications. Implement responsive, Section 508/WCAG 2.1-compliant front ends, develop RESTful APIs and integrations, participate in CI/CD and code reviews, contribute to architecture, and mentor junior developers in a federal environment requiring Public Trust clearance.

Design, configure, and validate IT/OT data integrations between shop-floor equipment and enterprise systems following ISA-95. Build reusable integration patterns using Solace, HighByte, Dell Boomi/MuleSoft, KEPServerEX, and MQTT/UNS; coordinate with IT/OT teams, support UAT, monitor integration health, and produce documentation and runbooks.

Lead and deliver multiple SOW-based IT projects for MoDOT, manage schedules, RAID logs, testing gates, reporting, onboarding, transition activities, and ensure compliance with ADA/Section 508 and client acceptance processes.

Maintain Azure DevOps boards, conduct code and architecture walkthroughs, perform impact analysis for TMS modules, manage RAID logs, support break/fix estimations, and coordinate formal acceptance and holdback release with MoDOT stakeholders.

Own the quality and security pipeline for TMS deliverables: schedule and run mandatory security scans, triage vulnerabilities, maintain static scan score ≥90, operate CI/CD in Azure DevOps, build automated test suites, verify SOW quality gates, support accessibility testing, and report security/quality metrics for MoDOT acceptance.

Serve as the senior technical authority for NAVSUP Enterprise Web: lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise web applications; drive UX prototyping; translate stakeholder requirements; chair technical working groups; mentor developers; own technical risk and act as primary technical liaison to the COR.

Lead contract delivery for MoDOT TMS maintenance and support: oversee operations, SOW portfolio, staffing, budget, schedule, compliance, monthly reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Ensure 24x7 coverage, manage background checks, ADA/Section 508 and federal-funds compliance, and pre-qualify staffing without service gaps.

Early-career developers will implement front-end components, fix defects, support content updates, write and unit-test assigned code, participate in code reviews and training, assist environment setup and documentation, and support Navy enterprise web systems under senior mentorship.
