Provides advanced systems engineering support across the lifecycle of space-based GEOINT capabilities in highly classified DoD and Intelligence Community environments. Responsibilities include requirements engineering, solution development, secure architecture, reliability and resiliency, integration, deployment, research and development, testing, maintainability analysis, orbital analysis, space weather modeling, threat assessment, and multi-level classified data processing.

Design, configure, and validate IT/OT data integrations between shop-floor equipment and enterprise systems following ISA-95. Build reusable integration patterns using Solace, HighByte, Dell Boomi/MuleSoft, KEPServerEX, and MQTT/UNS; coordinate with IT/OT teams, support UAT, monitor integration health, and produce documentation and runbooks.

Maintain and develop the TMS integration and API layer: support REST/SOAP services, WCF and .NET APIs, Oracle batch processes, and external interfaces (MoCARS, ERP, FHA XML). Design new API deliverables, perform integration impact analysis, coordinate with DBAs and GIS engineers, and resolve assigned integration tickets.
