Lead and deliver multiple SOW-based IT projects for MoDOT, manage schedules, RAID logs, testing gates, reporting, onboarding, transition activities, and ensure compliance with ADA/Section 508 and client acceptance processes.

Maintain and develop the TMS integration and API layer: support REST/SOAP services, WCF and .NET APIs, Oracle batch processes, and external interfaces (MoCARS, ERP, FHA XML). Design new API deliverables, perform integration impact analysis, coordinate with DBAs and GIS engineers, and resolve assigned integration tickets.

Serve as the dedicated Lead Analyst/Project Manager for MoDOT SOW projects: own requirements, scope, LOE estimation, scheduling, issue resolution, quality gates, and milestone acceptance. Maintain Azure DevOps boards, conduct code and architecture walkthroughs, perform impact analysis for TMS modules, manage RAID logs, support break/fix estimations, and coordinate formal acceptance and holdback release with MoDOT stakeholders.
