Lead the Czech Republic Turn Key business, overseeing complex technical projects from commercial preparation through engineering, installation, commissioning, and customer handover. Manage revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasting, risks, contracts, and customer relationships. Partner with Sales on opportunities and negotiations, lead project managers and multidisciplinary technical teams, optimize resources, and improve project governance and operational processes.

Leads the back-office and invoicing team, overseeing accurate and timely billing for service, maintenance, repair, and material activities. It also oversees sourcing reporting, commercial data accuracy, SAP S/4HANA usage, and resolution of critical supplier issues. Travel is approximately 25%.

Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts among major U.S. food retailers. Develop multi-year account plans, build executive relationships, drive adoption of CO₂ refrigeration solutions, and expand accounts through upsell, cross-sell, pilots, and national rollouts. Serve as a trusted advisor on sustainability, compliance, regulatory pressures, and cost efficiency while coordinating with technical, service, product, and business development teams. Success is measured by account revenue growth, share of wallet, retention, executive sponsorship, and customer satisfaction.

Drive commercial refrigeration sales across Saudi Arabia by developing customer, dealer, and distributor relationships. Promote technical solutions, prepare proposals and tenders, support partners with product and system-selection guidance, collaborate with engineering teams, analyze market opportunities and competitors, and provide sales forecasts and reports. The role also requires achieving sales targets and traveling within the KSA region to meet clients and visit project sites.

Manages and grows industrial customer accounts, develops new business, achieves sales targets, and builds opportunity pipelines. Responsibilities include presenting products, conducting customer needs and cost-benefit analyses, maintaining relationships, resolving issues, developing territory strategies, tracking market activity, communicating value propositions, closing deals, and improving customer satisfaction. The role requires frequent customer travel, with travel expected at least 60% of the time.
