Teams at CCR Commercial Refrigeration

Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts among major U.S. food retailers. Develop multi-year account plans, build executive relationships, drive adoption of CO₂ refrigeration solutions, and expand accounts through upsell, cross-sell, pilots, and national rollouts. Serve as a trusted advisor on sustainability, compliance, regulatory pressures, and cost efficiency while coordinating with technical, service, product, and business development teams. Success is measured by account revenue growth, share of wallet, retention, executive sponsorship, and customer satisfaction.

Leads end-to-end supplier contract management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, implementing, and monitoring agreements. Partners with Sourcing, Legal, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to manage commercial terms, compliance, risks, KPIs, and supplier performance. Maintains contract templates and repositories, supports RFQs and supplier selection, manages supplier relationships, and improves contract standardization and processes globally.

Leads environmental, health, and safety compliance across Italy, with regional support for Spain, Portugal, and the Middle East. Responsibilities include risk assessments, contractor oversight, incident and regulatory reporting, EH&S management systems, training, annual planning, performance monitoring, and promoting a zero-incident culture. Requires knowledge of Italian regulations, mandatory occupational health and safety qualifications, Italian and English fluency, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel within Italy.
