✔ Bachelor's degree (or second or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field✔ Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)✔ Interest in finance, accounting, and shared service environments✔ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have➕ Internship or first experience in finance/accounting➕ Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, RPA, or financial digitalization tools➕ Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, etc.)
