Produce and repair tooling and precision parts from drawings and work orders. Set up and operate machine tools (including CNC), program machines, fabricate jigs/fixtures, use precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot equipment, and support maintenance and production on the shop floor while following safety procedures.

Assist press operators with material preparation, press setup, and production runs on Gallus flexographic printing presses. Install plates, cylinders, rollers, dies, and screens; mount raw-material rolls; and perform preventive maintenance on presses and related equipment. The role requires mechanical knowledge, teamwork, communication, dependability, and willingness to learn. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, ability to stand for extended periods, and ability to move objects up to 50 pounds.

Supports and improves printing and converting processes through process analysis, optimization, measurement, documentation, training, and best-practice development. Collaborates with production, quality, graphics, technical services, and project management teams to improve workforce, workspace, and equipment utilization. Responsibilities include flexographic machine optimization, equipment assessments, facility permit and chemical reporting, training verification, and future equipment specification support.

Provides HR support across multiple sites, advising management on employee relations, policies, recruiting, onboarding, retention, training, benefits, safety investigations, and employment law compliance. Leads union discussions and contract negotiations, administers HR programs, responds to employee inquiries, and partners with management on workforce development and organizational needs. Travel is required.

Manages accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment posting, collections, account reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and customer billing inquiries. Maintains accurate financial records, reconciles transactions to the general ledger and bank statements, prepares accounts receivable reports, and supports inventory control. Collaborates with sales, customer service, finance, and other company sites to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Lead and support continuous improvement projects in manufacturing by applying Lean methodologies, analyzing operational data, developing KPIs and dashboards, coordinating implementations, training staff, and supporting quality and compliance to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase OEE and on-time delivery.

Support production by planning schedules, procuring materials, managing inventory and suppliers, and coordinating with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Monitor KPIs, manage purchase orders in ERP/MRP, expedite critical shipments, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Oversees plant accounting operations: payroll, AP/AR, fixed assets, product costing, budgeting, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, inventory control, reconciliations, and supervises accounting staff while supporting internal audit and HR submissions.

Prepare and preflight customer-supplied artwork using Mac-based production software, produce proofs and printing plates, perform quality checks, operate plate engraving and processing equipment, manage workload to meet production schedules, and maintain equipment and workspace.

Supports enterprise IT operations across multiple sites and business units. Administers and develops SharePoint environments, migrates Lotus Notes content, manages Microsoft 365 services, and supports QAD systems. Installs software, manages licensing and Windows updates, maintains PCs, printers, networks, VPNs, routers, switches, and access points, and addresses security vulnerabilities. Provides user troubleshooting, onboarding, documentation, hardware deployment, and backup network support. Requires SharePoint, networking, programming, communication, and organizational skills, along with limited-supervision capability.

Prepares, prints, reviews, documents, packages, and ships clinical trial labels and related materials. Responsibilities include selecting label stock, preparing production areas, monitoring print quality, completing reprints, maintaining production records, reviewing documentation for QA submission, and supporting fulfillment. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, proofreading ability, adherence to cGMP and SOPs, and experience in clinical label and booklet production.

Provides end-user technical support, troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues, administers Active Directory accounts, manages IT assets, documents service requests, and supports network, systems, virtualization, and cybersecurity infrastructure. The role also assists with networked devices, Windows environments, vendors, and enterprise technologies while developing systems and network administration expertise.

Leads manufacturing operations for labels and related components, including operational strategy, production planning, procurement, budgeting, pricing, compliance, safety, quality, equipment maintenance, continuous improvement, and customer service. Manages suppliers, capacity planning, performance reporting, recruiting, staff development, and team performance while improving efficiency, profitability, and operational effectiveness.

Coordinate and maintain daily/weekly production schedules, prioritize jobs based on due dates and material availability, communicate updates to production teams, monitor work-in-progress, collaborate with purchasing and customer service, maintain ERP scheduling records, and support continuous improvement to meet delivery commitments and reduce downtime.

Lead QA team for security-printed products across 2nd/3rd shifts. Oversee lab testing, in-process and finished-goods inspection, statistical analysis, QMS/CAPA management, employee training, and cross-functional product acceptance decisions to ensure compliance with industry and government quality standards.

Assist RCS Press Operators by building and delivering press parts, staging orders, setting up and cleaning the Gallus RCS 430 press, installing/removing print components, maintaining production area, operating parts washing units, and supporting process improvement. May require overtime, shift changes, and unsupervised work.

Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product conformance to customer specifications and GMP. Conduct first-article and retention sample digital comparisons, complete audits and documentation, calibrate and clean test equipment, compile Certificates of Compliance/Analysis, and report defects accurately. Weekend shift role in a label and packaging manufacturing environment.

Manage assigned customer AR accounts, monitor overdue invoices, apply unapplied cash, resolve deductions within 45 days, review accounts for bad debt/reserves, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and coordinate flexographic printing production, supervise staff, plan schedules, monitor equipment and quality, resolve production issues, maintain SOP/GMP compliance, and track production data to improve efficiency.

Operate and set up digital/hybrid/analog printing presses to produce pressure-sensitive labels. Read work orders, verify materials and color compliance, minimize downtime and waste, troubleshoot presses, update tech cards, assist with changeovers and training, follow GMPs and safety, and perform other assigned duties.
