Prepare and set up press orders, clean and maintain presses and pressroom, manage supply inventory, assist Press Operator, follow safety and quality standards, and perform physical lifting and equipment operation as directed.

Lead development and execution of North American marketing strategy for healthcare packaging. Own digital marketing (website, SEO/SEM, analytics, paid search, social), trade show planning, educational programs, content and collateral creation, and a global rebranding effort. Collaborate with sales, R&D, and leadership to align messaging, drive lead generation, and strengthen brand identity across channels.

Serve as the liaison between sales and customers to manage orders, forecasts, pricing, inventory, planning and shipping. Analyze history and forecasts, process orders and complaints, maintain pricing and account protocols, monitor profitability and performance, and use supply chain systems (AS400/SCP) and Excel to support efficient production and customer satisfaction.

Provide authoritative legal counsel across corporate matters including commercial transactions, governance, real estate, IT/cybersecurity, regulatory and sustainability compliance; draft and negotiate contracts; support M&A; develop policies; conduct legal research; and collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Lead process improvement and R&D initiatives for label and packaging production: plan and execute projects, run trials, analyze data, implement lean/Six Sigma improvements, support cross-functional teams, provide technical sales support, and maintain Elite Plant Standards.

Produce and repair tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision parts from drawings and work orders. Set up and operate machine tools (including CNC), program machines, grind/select tooling, use precision measuring instruments, dismantle and reassemble machinery, support maintenance and production, and follow safety procedures.

Operate finishing and stamp finishing equipment (coilers, packaging, rewind, cutters, shrink wrap), perform quality checks and enter non-conformances, maintain production and downtime logs in SERADEX, monitor ink jet numbering, perform simple maintenance, train new employees, and meet safety, quality, and production standards while working 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Provide nationwide on-site technical support for shrink sleeve and pressure sensitive label application, troubleshoot issues, assist sales during trials, run field tests to defend product integrity, support complaint resolution and machine set-up, educate customers and internal teams on material properties and application theory, and document findings to improve product performance.

Lead mechanical design, specification, installation, testing, and lifecycle management of printing and material-handling equipment. Drive custom design, capital investment analysis, quality resolution, documentation, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, maintainable, high-performance manufacturing systems.

Improve and standardize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and safety. Lead engineering projects (DMAIC, DOE), conduct time studies and value stream mapping, support production troubleshooting, and manage capital equipment feasibility, procurement, installation, and integration while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Operate and set up digital/hybrid/analog printing presses to produce pressure-sensitive labels. Read work orders, verify materials and color compliance, minimize downtime and waste, troubleshoot presses, update tech cards, assist with changeovers and training, follow GMPs and safety, and perform other assigned duties.

Operate and maintain offset printing presses to run jobs per specifications, set up and mount plates, monitor production schedules, complete job paperwork, ensure safety and quality, train co-workers, and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, repetitive motions).

Support and improve label printing and converting processes by developing, documenting, and validating best practices. Analyze production data, optimize workforce and equipment utilization, train personnel, maintain permits and environmental reporting, assist with equipment safety and specification, and work directly on the production floor to improve flexo printing machine performance.

Manage customer accounts receivable: post payments (wire, ACH, checks), monitor overdue accounts, resolve deductions, apply unapplied cash, prepare statements, and maintain relationships with customer AP and internal stakeholders.

Lead and deliver sustainability projects (energy, waste, water, carbon) across plant sites, coordinate data collection and Ecometrica reporting, manage product compliance (REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Prop 65), support renewable procurement, and drive cross‑functional engagement to meet corporate sustainability goals.

Support the marketing team with administrative coordination, manage and track product samples, assist production teams and vendors in creating printed collateral, proof and quality-check materials, coordinate timelines, maintain asset and project files, and support event logistics and campaign task lists.

Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for printing and packaging jobs by analyzing customer requirements, materials, and labor. Maintain cost estimating database, validate pricing for repeat orders, recommend raw material substitutions, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and support trials for new products. Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs, and provide process improvement recommendations.

Manage inventory and lifecycle of plates, dies, and tooling: track, inspect, store, mount, order, package/ship for resharp, and coordinate with prepress to ensure tooling is available and maintained for production.

Supervise night-shift production personnel to ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials. Oversee production, quality, safety, and reporting; perform line start-ups, changeovers, inspections, training, accident investigations, scheduling, and coordination with other departments to meet production goals.

Manage full accounts payable and receivable cycles including invoice matching, supplier setup in JDE, payment processing, collections, customer payments, intercompany billings, and support for internal/external audits. Maintain AP/AR filing and perform bank Positive Pay procedures.
