Lead installation, operation, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of plant-wide in-line camera/vision systems. Support lithography department for new product evaluation, day coder maintenance, RFQs and incoming inspections, document trials, train crews on SOP changes, liaise with suppliers, address quality findings, and lead projects to improve production performance.

Provide front-desk and clerical support including greeting visitors, answering calls, document scanning/indexing, repeat order entry, filing, and general office tasks. Maintain organized records, assist internal departments, ensure accuracy in orders, and support daily office operations with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.

Assist RCS Press Operators by building and delivering press parts, staging orders, setting up and cleaning the Gallus RCS 430 press, installing/removing print components, maintaining production area, operating parts washing units, and supporting process improvement. May require overtime, shift changes, and unsupervised work.

Lead North America sales organization by developing and executing sales strategy, managing forecasting and pipeline, building customer relationships, hiring and coaching sales leaders, implementing scalable processes and tools, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Provide nationwide on-site technical support for shrink sleeve and pressure sensitive label application, troubleshoot issues, assist sales during trials, run field tests to defend product integrity, support complaint resolution and machine set-up, educate customers and internal teams on material properties and application theory, and document findings to improve product performance.

Lead development and execution of North American marketing strategy for healthcare packaging. Own digital marketing (website, SEO/SEM, analytics, paid search, social), trade show planning, educational programs, content and collateral creation, and a global rebranding effort. Collaborate with sales, R&D, and leadership to align messaging, drive lead generation, and strengthen brand identity across channels.

Prepare and proof customer artwork for print production using Mac-based prepress tools (Adobe, Esko, GlobalVision). Perform preflight checks, color separations, trapping, barcode formatting, and plate imaging/processing. Conduct QA, manage schedules, maintain equipment, and transfer finished plates with documentation. Use Microsoft Office for communication and recordkeeping.

Operate and set up digital/hybrid/analog printing presses to produce pressure-sensitive labels. Read work orders, verify materials and color compliance, minimize downtime and waste, troubleshoot presses, update tech cards, assist with changeovers and training, follow GMPs and safety, and perform other assigned duties.

Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for printing and packaging jobs by analyzing customer requirements, materials, and labor. Maintain cost estimating database, validate pricing for repeat orders, recommend raw material substitutions, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and support trials for new products. Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs, and provide process improvement recommendations.

Improve and standardize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and safety. Lead engineering projects (DMAIC, DOE), conduct time studies and value stream mapping, support production troubleshooting, and manage capital equipment feasibility, procurement, installation, and integration while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Produce and repair tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision parts from drawings and work orders. Set up and operate machine tools (including CNC), program machines, grind/select tooling, use precision measuring instruments, dismantle and reassemble machinery, support maintenance and production, and follow safety procedures.

Manage full accounts payable and receivable cycles including invoice matching, supplier setup in JDE, payment processing, collections, customer payments, intercompany billings, and support for internal/external audits. Maintain AP/AR filing and perform bank Positive Pay procedures.

Responsible for full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a manufacturing site, ensuring GAAP compliance, managing budgets, audits, fixed assets, cost accounting, inventory counts, tax and reconciliations, supervising a small finance team, and delivering financial analysis and presentations to management.

Serve as the liaison between sales and customers to manage orders, forecasts, pricing, inventory, planning and shipping. Analyze history and forecasts, process orders and complaints, maintain pricing and account protocols, monitor profitability and performance, and use supply chain systems (AS400/SCP) and Excel to support efficient production and customer satisfaction.

Manage and coordinate flexographic printing production, supervise staff, plan schedules, monitor equipment and quality, resolve production issues, maintain SOP/GMP compliance, and track production data to improve efficiency.

Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and outreach. Track leads and activity in Salesforce, develop product knowledge, prepare presentations, attend tradeshows, collaborate with account managers, and transition opportunities while maintaining client-focused relationships.

Prepare and set up press orders, clean and maintain presses and pressroom, manage supply inventory, assist Press Operator, follow safety and quality standards, and perform physical lifting and equipment operation as directed.

Provide authoritative legal counsel across corporate matters including commercial transactions, governance, real estate, IT/cybersecurity, regulatory and sustainability compliance; draft and negotiate contracts; support M&A; develop policies; conduct legal research; and collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Lead process improvement and R&D initiatives for label and packaging production: plan and execute projects, run trials, analyze data, implement lean/Six Sigma improvements, support cross-functional teams, provide technical sales support, and maintain Elite Plant Standards.

Operate finishing and stamp finishing equipment (coilers, packaging, rewind, cutters, shrink wrap), perform quality checks and enter non-conformances, maintain production and downtime logs in SERADEX, monitor ink jet numbering, perform simple maintenance, train new employees, and meet safety, quality, and production standards while working 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
