Support press operators in setup, operation, and maintenance of Gallus flexographic printing presses. Install plates, cylinders, rollers, dies and screens, mount raw material rolls, perform preventive maintenance, and supply materials. Work in a two-shift manufacturing environment producing healthcare and specialty labels, with a clear training path to Press Operator.

Lead QA team for security-printed products across 2nd/3rd shifts. Oversee lab testing, in-process and finished-goods inspection, statistical analysis, QMS/CAPA management, employee training, and cross-functional product acceptance decisions to ensure compliance with industry and government quality standards.

Assist RCS Press Operators by building and delivering press parts, staging orders, setting up and cleaning the Gallus RCS 430 press, installing/removing print components, maintaining production area, operating parts washing units, and supporting process improvement. May require overtime, shift changes, and unsupervised work.

Lead daily gravure press production, overseeing people, equipment, quality, safety, and materials. Optimize run speeds, reduce waste, maintain print consistency, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional customer and R&D initiatives.

Support initiation and planning of clinical trial labeling projects: prepare quotations, gather and interpret customer requirements, coordinate project setup and scheduling, proofread and verify documentation, ensure compliance and quality, liaise between customers and internal teams, and assist with operational and continuous improvement activities.

Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product conformance to customer specifications and GMP. Conduct first-article and retention sample digital comparisons, complete audits and documentation, calibrate and clean test equipment, compile Certificates of Compliance/Analysis, and report defects accurately. Weekend shift role in a label and packaging manufacturing environment.

Manage assigned customer AR accounts, monitor overdue invoices, apply unapplied cash, resolve deductions within 45 days, review accounts for bad debt/reserves, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and manage bindery production operations to meet quality, safety, and on-time delivery targets. Coordinate planning, maintenance, and staffing; optimize equipment performance and material usage; analyze KPIs and production reports; implement continuous improvement, quality control, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, GMP). Oversee employee relations, training, and cross‑training, and support equipment installations and problem resolution.

Coordinate custom label orders: verify purchase order specifications, enter orders into the system, expedite production, liaise between customer and salesperson, communicate pricing and issues, log quality defect reports and coordinate credits with accounting.

Prepare and proof customer artwork for print production using Mac-based prepress tools (Adobe, Esko, GlobalVision). Perform preflight checks, color separations, trapping, barcode formatting, and plate imaging/processing. Conduct QA, manage schedules, maintain equipment, and transfer finished plates with documentation. Use Microsoft Office for communication and recordkeeping.

Manage and coordinate flexographic printing production, supervise staff, plan schedules, monitor equipment and quality, resolve production issues, maintain SOP/GMP compliance, and track production data to improve efficiency.

Operate and set up digital/hybrid/analog printing presses to produce pressure-sensitive labels. Read work orders, verify materials and color compliance, minimize downtime and waste, troubleshoot presses, update tech cards, assist with changeovers and training, follow GMPs and safety, and perform other assigned duties.

Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections; collect and secure samples; measure products using measuring equipment; document results and place nonconforming materials on hold; ensure products meet customer and internal requirements while interfacing with other departments.

Manage full accounts payable and receivable cycles including invoice matching, supplier setup in JDE, payment processing, collections, customer payments, intercompany billings, and support for internal/external audits. Maintain AP/AR filing and perform bank Positive Pay procedures.

Prepare and preflight customer-supplied artwork using Mac-based production software, produce proofs and printing plates, perform quality checks, operate plate engraving and processing equipment, manage workload to meet production schedules, and maintain equipment and workspace.

Prepare and set up press orders, clean and maintain presses and pressroom, manage supply inventory, assist Press Operator, follow safety and quality standards, and perform physical lifting and equipment operation as directed.

Supervise night-shift production personnel to ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials. Oversee production, quality, safety, and reporting; perform line start-ups, changeovers, inspections, training, accident investigations, scheduling, and coordination with other departments to meet production goals.

Operate and maintain offset printing presses to run jobs per specifications, set up and mount plates, monitor production schedules, complete job paperwork, ensure safety and quality, train co-workers, and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, repetitive motions).

Manage plant-level manufacturing cost accounting, maintain standard costs, analyze variances, reconcile inventory and general ledger, lead month/year-end closes, support audits, and partner with EHS on environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.

Lead process improvement and R&D initiatives for label and packaging production: plan and execute projects, run trials, analyze data, implement lean/Six Sigma improvements, support cross-functional teams, provide technical sales support, and maintain Elite Plant Standards.
