Operate die-cutting, slitting, or inspection equipment; assist with machine setup, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting; follow SOPs and ISO work instructions; perform quality, shipping/receiving, and inventory transactions in SMART/MFGPRO; participate in safety, 5S, hazardous waste training, and team communications to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Coordinate and maintain daily/weekly production schedules, prioritize jobs based on due dates and material availability, communicate updates to production teams, monitor work-in-progress, collaborate with purchasing and customer service, maintain ERP scheduling records, and support continuous improvement to meet delivery commitments and reduce downtime.

Operate and set up beverage finishing equipment (diecutting, slitting, inspection), perform preventative maintenance and repairs, ensure product quality per SOPs and ISO, complete required training, manage roll disposition in SMART system, meet production schedules, and troubleshoot machine issues while maintaining safety and housekeeping.
