Reviews products during press setup, proofreads label orders, monitors manufacturing conformance, performs product testing, maintains laboratory equipment, contains nonconforming materials, and authorizes final product release. The role requires interpreting production and safety documents, using measurement and inspection tools, maintaining records, and communicating with customers and suppliers.

Leads technical onboarding, training, competency assessment, and development for flexographic printing and finishing operators. Provides hands-on equipment operation, troubleshooting, production support, root-cause analysis, process improvement, and new-product launch support. Evaluates issues involving equipment, materials, setup, processes, and operator practices, coordinating corrective actions with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Technical Services. Maintains training documentation and promotes standardized, safe, and efficient manufacturing practices across shifts.

Prepare and support printing presses on the third shift by staging tooling, stock, inks, coatings, solvents, and supplies; loading rolls; assisting with press changeovers; checking viscosities; cleaning and rebuilding press components; covering breaks; maintaining organized work areas; and coordinating multi-press changeovers with operators and supervisors.
