The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. This position works closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products or services, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain products or services to customers.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and pricing information.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within established company guidelines.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Partner with operations, customer service, production, and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and help resolve account issues.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
