Prepares PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, process calculations, and technical reports. Participates in feasibility studies, process optimization, plant assessments, equipment evaluations, facility expansions, and modernization projects for pulp and paper, forestry, tissue manufacturing, and related facilities. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and develops technical and consulting skills under senior engineer guidance.

Leads CBCL’s Industrial Services Department in New Brunswick, overseeing daily operations, quality assurance, business development, client relationships, proposals, staff development, and multidisciplinary project delivery. Provides technical coordination for industrial mechanical projects and manages engineers, designers, and other technical professionals. The role also supports recruiting, employee relations, and staff conduct while expanding industrial services offerings, particularly for pulp and paper industry clients.
