Lead and manage complex high-voltage infrastructure and renewable energy projects from feasibility through design and construction. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, prepare designs/reports/specifications, ensure code compliance and safety, support business development, perform site reviews, and oversee project delivery on time and on budget.

Lead design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, site development). Prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs, tender packages, cost estimates and technical reports. Manage projects, multidisciplinary teams and client relationships; perform contract administration, construction administration and support business development.

Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects (water transmission/distribution, pumping and storage, wastewater collection/pumping, and stormwater). Oversee design, contract documents, technical reviews, site assessments and construction support. Mentor junior staff, manage project deliverables, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and support business development and regulatory compliance.
