Support Project Managers by developing schedules, budgets, scopes, and change orders; track project progress, prepare reports and invoices; manage document control (SharePoint), subcontractor agreements, construction contract administration (RFIs, shop drawings, change orders), coordinate meetings, and assist proposal development.

Lead design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, site development). Prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs, tender packages, cost estimates and technical reports. Manage projects, multidisciplinary teams and client relationships; perform contract administration, construction administration and support business development.

Design and document building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, controls), coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage projects and budgets, liaise with clients, perform construction administration and field reviews, and plan and conduct commissioning and start-up activities for new construction and renovation projects.
