Leads municipal engineering projects for New Jersey municipalities, counties, and authorities. Responsibilities include managing scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, site and subdivision reviews, roadway and stormwater projects, capital improvements, permitting, client relationships, public meetings, proposals, quality control, business development, and staff mentoring. The role serves as Municipal or Board Engineer and oversees multidisciplinary engineering deliverables from planning through construction.

Leads municipal and multidisciplinary planning projects, including master plans, zoning ordinances, redevelopment studies, affordable housing plans, development application reviews, urban design evaluations, and public engagement. Manages project staff, budgets, schedules, and planning board assignments. Conducts site investigations, prepares planning reports and design guidelines, supports municipal appointments, and contributes to marketing proposals. Requires New Jersey Professional Planner licensure, AICP certification, and substantial comprehensive, community, zoning, and urban planning experience.

Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution, including drafting legal filings, conducting research, handling discovery, preparing witnesses, attending hearings and trials, developing case strategies, and communicating with clients. The role focuses particularly on real estate title disputes and requires independent case management, courtroom advocacy, collaboration, and strong client service.
