Lead and manage company financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, reporting, risk mitigation, and financial strategy. Oversee accounting systems, mentor finance team, support executive decision-making, and liaise with investors and financial institutions.

Manage monthly progress billings for commercial construction projects using AIA G702/G703 and continuation sheets. Maintain schedule of values, change order tracking, and percent-complete updates. Enter and reconcile billing data in Sage Intacct, submit invoices via construction portals, manage lien waivers/releases, track approvals and payments, coordinate with Project Managers to resolve discrepancies, and support month-end billing reconciliations and revenue reporting.

Design and prepare site layout, grading, and stormwater systems for land development projects; perform H&H calculations; support permitting, construction documents, site visits, and project management tasks.
