Lead and manage planning, land use, zoning, and community development for the City of Dover. Oversee department operations, staff, budgets, and permitting; develop long-range plans and zoning updates; review development proposals; engage the public, developers, and elected officials; and coordinate transportation, housing, sustainability, and revitalization initiatives.

Manage and grow client accounts in the equipment rental space through inside and outside sales. Prospect, cold call, and close deals across an assigned territory (DMV), provide consultative rental solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline.
