Build and maintain secure, scalable frontend applications for digital banking, payments, lending, and wealth management products. Collaborate with product, design, backend, and compliance teams; develop reusable components with React, Angular, or Vue.js; integrate APIs and financial platforms; implement authentication and secure session management; optimize performance and accessibility; support regulatory compliance; conduct code reviews; and resolve production issues.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable C# and .NET backend applications, APIs, microservices, and financial systems. Build payment processing, transaction, reconciliation, settlement, and reporting solutions while contributing to architecture, security, performance, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Collaborate cross-functionally, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot production issues. Implement PCI-DSS backend controls and support compliance with Nigeria’s Data Protection Act.

Perform manual and automated testing for fintech products, including functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, exploratory, API, payment, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting-system testing. Create test plans and data, manage defects, assess release risks, support Agile ceremonies, and ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, security, data protection, and Nigeria’s Data Protection Act. Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and compliance teams to improve software quality.

Develop and execute integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social, events). Own campaign performance, analytics, content strategy, PR support, and cross-functional coordination to drive brand awareness, leads, and revenue.

Lead and mentor agile teams of software engineers and product managers, manage diverse technology projects, and deliver high-quality SaaS solutions.

Coordinate and manage day-to-day office operations and the full lifecycle of corporate events. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, vendor and venue management, logistics, procurement, travel coordination, reporting, and project tracking to ensure efficient execution and alignment with company objectives.
