Provides administrative support for a Catholic cemetery office, including preparing and tracking contracts, maintaining service lists, updating recurring payments, and supporting accounts receivable through account maintenance, payment processing, and follow-up. The role requires accurate document and data management, customer service with grieving families, coordination across departments, and compassionate handling of interruptions and service recovery.

Lead the day-to-day operations of Calvary Cemetery, coach and develop staff, support families with preplanning services, uphold Catholic mission and service standards, manage performance against goals, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and multiple operational functions. The role requires compassionate communication, team leadership, technology comfort, and completion of FBI/BCI fingerprint screening and diocesan VIRTUS training.

Lead the day-to-day operations of a Catholic cemetery, coach and motivate a performance-based team, support families with pre-planning services, uphold the organization’s faith-based mission, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, communications, and operational excellence.

Serves as the first point of contact for families, manages phone calls and visitors, processes permits, prepares documents, coordinates with departments and providers, handles mail and supplies, supports onboarding, and escalates complex issues. Requires strong customer service, organization, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50–75 pounds.
