Do you want your organization and attention to detail to matter to someone on one of the hardest days of their life?

Tired of office work that just moves paper, and want to know your work supports real families?

Looking for a workplace with values you don’t have to leave at the door?

In this job…

  • You will be the steady center of the office. By keeping the administrative side running smoothly, you free the rest of the team to be fully present with grieving families. Operational excellence is not the backdrop to the ministry. It is part of the ministry, and it creates the space for accompaniment to happen.
  • You will manage the details that make the work possible. You will prepare and track contracts, maintain the service list, and update recurring payments. Careful, accurate work here means families are never left waiting or worried about the details in a hard season.
  • You will spend about half your time supporting Accounts Receivable. This includes account maintenance, payments, and follow-up. The share may shift with the needs of the team. Handling families’ accounts with clarity and kindness is a form of stewardship in service of the mission.
Compensation and Benefits...
  • Starting wage of $22.50 per hour
  • Full benefits package including insurance options
  • Retirement benefits
  • Paid time off
