Lead the day-to-day operation of an Archdiocese of Milwaukee Cemetery location, serving with a family first focus, and caring for sacred ground.

We’re looking for someone with…
- 4-5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance based team members
- An interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values
- A proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills
- The ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence
- Warm, clear communication, written and verbal
- Comfort with software and technology

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is a faith-founded, church-connected charitable nonprofit that provides education, outreach, support, and professional funeral, cremation, cemetery, and other end-of-life services. It helps families handle immediate needs and plan ahead, offering guidance grounded in Catholic teachings while prioritizing families’ emotional, cultural, and financial circumstances. CFCS also operates mission programs that provide financial assistance and other community support.
