Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience, design and deliver new employee orientation and 90-day onboarding, coordinate pre-employment screening, support employee engagement and retention programs, train leaders on interviewing, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Provide emergency department nursing care using the nursing process: assess patients, deliver treatments, document for billing, educate patients/families, follow hospital policies, maintain safety, and complete required certifications and trainings.

Perform frequent assessments, implement and evaluate interventions, manage monitoring/equipment, administer medications, document care, educate patients/families, and participate in performance improvement. Maintain safety, complete required certifications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit (night shift) using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate care; administer medications/IVs; document in EMR; perform patient/family education; follow safety, fall, and infection protocols; participate in unit initiatives and interdisciplinary care.

Prepare fruits, vegetables, salads, and inpatient trays per dietary requirements and sanitation rules; set up and stock salad bar; assist with dishwashing, phone orders, and deliveries; follow labeling and storage procedures.

Provide safe, quality patient care in an outpatient clinic including vital signs, medication administration, specimen collection, assisting providers with exams and procedures, documentation in the EHR, patient education, scheduling, referrals/pre-certifications, inventory and clinic operations, and telephone/message management while following regulatory and safety policies.

Provide peri-procedural nursing care for GI and pain patients including pre-procedure assessment, sedation monitoring, documentation, patient education, and post-procedure care. Maintain and process endoscopy scopes, perform high-level disinfection, manage equipment/supplies, report critical findings to physicians, and follow hospital policies and safety standards.

Manage and oversee the hospital risk management program: conduct risk assessments, manage claims and incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, lead RCA for serious events, develop prevention strategies, provide staff training, manage patient concerns and insurance programs, and support accreditation-related activities.

Manage clinical and administrative operations of the Oncology and Rheumatology Center, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. Oversee staffing, equipment, policy development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Supervise clinical and clerical staff, coordinate age-specific care across lifespan, and maintain standards for oncology/infusion treatments and safety.

Provide quality med/surg patient care using the nursing process, maintain a safe environment, deliver patient and family education, document for billing, perform assessments and determine when to contact providers.
