Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience, design and deliver new employee orientation and 90-day onboarding, coordinate pre-employment screening, support employee engagement and retention programs, train leaders on interviewing, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Provide emergency department nursing care using the nursing process: assess patients, deliver treatments, document for billing, educate patients/families, follow hospital policies, maintain safety, and complete required certifications and trainings.

Provide nutrition and diabetes self-management education to inpatients, outpatients, and community groups; perform nutritional assessments, create care plans, support wound and oncology patients, assist bariatric and dietary teams, maintain documentation, assist accreditation and quality monitoring, and deliver staff and community education.
