Coordinates casino marketing promotions from planning through execution, including giveaways, signage, displays, events, lotteries, tournaments, and player incentives. Collaborates with internal departments, vendors, warehouse, and purchasing; maintains promotional records, inventory, budgets, and confidential guest information. Supports event logistics, regulatory compliance, guest engagement, and promotional communications. May emcee events and must work weekends, holidays, special events, noisy environments, and across company properties.

Support and enforce gaming and IRS Title 31 compliance by developing controls and procedures, conducting audits and investigations, preparing reports (SARs, CTRs, W2Gs), filing taxable gaming proceeds, training staff, and coordinating with Tribal Gaming Office, auditors, and IT for system monitoring and accountability.

Leads daily irrigation maintenance activities and assigns staff work when the supervisor is absent. Operates, inspects, repairs, and winterizes complex golf-course irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, distribution lines, valves, pump stations, electrical systems, control wiring, lake recirculation systems, and water features. Maintains inventories and repair logs, prioritizes irrigation breaks, performs preventative maintenance, and promotes safe work practices in demanding outdoor conditions.

Operates casino count systems, scanners, and currency counters while maintaining supplies and accurate documentation. Requires strong mathematics, organization, communication, judgment, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a smoking environment.

Supervises cage cashiers and vault operations during assigned shifts, balances cashier and vault accountability, verifies procedures, signs required forms, develops schedules, and enforces internal controls and gaming regulations. Provides support to other departments, handles unusual or potentially illegal situations, and communicates with employees and guests. The role requires money-handling accuracy, physical stamina, flexible scheduling, and the ability to obtain a gaming license.

Supervise and develop Security Officers to maintain safety and security across the Gaming Enterprise Division. Patrol property, conduct investigations, manage staffing and schedules, lead emergency response, prepare reports, enforce policies, train staff, and perform related administrative and operational duties.

Performs basic upholstery repair and replacement on furniture and gaming tables: inspects frames, removes and installs coverings, sews, fits padding/webbing, operates sewing machines and hand/power tools, maintains inventory and equipment, picks up/delivers furniture, follows safety and departmental procedures, and responds to emergency requests including travel between sites.

Ensure stability, integrity, and performance of networked systems: deploy and improve applications, integrate and maintain servers, perform backups/audits, support and install surveillance equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software, document systems, train users, coordinate with vendors, and provide on-call/shift coverage.

Provide onsite IT support for the Gaming Enterprise: install/configure PCs, printers, POS and network cabling; troubleshoot hardware/software; document and manage HEAT tickets; train users; maintain inventory; coordinate with vendors; work rotating shifts and on-call, maintaining confidentiality and service levels.
