Supervises Cage Cashiers and Vault during shift, balances accountability, enforces internal controls and State Gaming Compact provisions, verifies procedures/forms, creates shift schedules, supports other departments, handles cash/counting, and communicates with staff and guests.

Provide onsite IT support for the Gaming Enterprise: install/configure PCs, printers, POS and network cabling; troubleshoot hardware/software; document and manage HEAT tickets; train users; maintain inventory; coordinate with vendors; work rotating shifts and on-call, maintaining confidentiality and service levels.

Supervise stewarding operations to ensure kitchen and bar cleanliness, sanitation, inventory control, equipment maintenance, staffing, training, and compliance with health and safety standards and policies.

Oversee stewarding operations for kitchens and bars: supervise staff, ensure cleanliness and food-safety standards, maintain equipment and inventory, manage scheduling, training, budgeting, and performance of stewarding team.

Perform daily audits and reconciliations of gaming and non-gaming revenue, slot machine reporting, and vault/bank cash. Prepare journal entries, maintain statistical reports, log exceptions, ensure regulatory compliance, and produce revenue reports for management.

Performs basic upholstery repair and replacement on furniture and gaming tables: inspects frames, removes and installs coverings, sews, fits padding/webbing, operates sewing machines and hand/power tools, maintains inventory and equipment, picks up/delivers furniture, follows safety and departmental procedures, and responds to emergency requests including travel between sites.

Ensure stability, integrity, and performance of networked systems: deploy and improve applications, integrate and maintain servers, perform backups/audits, support and install surveillance equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software, document systems, train users, coordinate with vendors, and provide on-call/shift coverage.

Maintain, monitor, and optimize in-house servers, networks, applications, and surveillance systems. Deploy and enhance software/OS, perform backups and audits, troubleshoot hardware (PCs, POS, printers) and cameras, manage inventory, document configurations, train users, coordinate with vendors, and support disaster recovery and business continuity. May require extra hours and some travel.
