Supervises Cage Cashiers and Vault operations during assigned shifts, balances cash accountability, verifies procedures, signs required forms, develops schedules, and ensures compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations. The Financial Analyst collects, analyzes, and reports financial, operational, marketing, gaming, and performance data. Responsibilities include preparing compliance and KPI reports, maintaining records, validating departmental information, supporting reporting packages, streamlining data compilation, and providing analysis to operational teams. The role requires SQL querying, financial and statistical analysis, reporting tools, strong communication, and attention to detail. It requires a finance-related bachelor’s degree, two years of experience, Excel proficiency, shift flexibility, U.S. employment eligibility, and a gaming license.

Support and enforce gaming and IRS Title 31 compliance by developing controls and procedures, conducting audits and investigations, preparing reports (SARs, CTRs, W2Gs), filing taxable gaming proceeds, training staff, and coordinating with Tribal Gaming Office, auditors, and IT for system monitoring and accountability.

Supervises casino drop and count operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, monetary drops, transfers, compliance, records, and variance research. Ensures transaction integrity and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls. Operates casino count systems, scanners, and currency counters while maintaining supplies and accurate documentation. Requires strong mathematics, organization, communication, judgment, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a smoking environment.
