Ensure stability, integrity, and performance of networked systems: deploy and improve applications, integrate and maintain servers, perform backups/audits, support and install surveillance equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software, document systems, train users, coordinate with vendors, and provide on-call/shift coverage.

Protect casino property, guests, and staff; train and mentor security officers; act as on-shift supervisor conducting patrols, investigations, emergency response, scheduling, and reporting.

Maintain, monitor, and optimize in-house servers, networks, applications, and surveillance systems. Deploy and enhance software/OS, perform backups and audits, troubleshoot hardware (PCs, POS, printers) and cameras, manage inventory, document configurations, train users, coordinate with vendors, and support disaster recovery and business continuity. May require extra hours and some travel.
