Cleans and sanitizes dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintains organized supplies and clean work areas, inspects equipment, follows safety procedures, supports food preparation cross-training, and collaborates with team members. Requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible shift availability, effective communication, employment eligibility, drug screening, and a gaming license/background check.

Supervises cage cashiers and vault operations during assigned shifts, balances cashier and vault accountability, verifies procedures, signs required forms, develops schedules, and enforces internal controls and gaming regulations. Provides support to other departments, handles unusual or potentially illegal situations, and communicates with employees and guests. The role requires money-handling accuracy, physical stamina, flexible scheduling, and the ability to obtain a gaming license.

Coordinate and enforce property-wide safety and compliance for Casino Del Sol. Respond to incidents, conduct inspections and audits, manage EHS projects, deliver training, maintain records, support regulatory and insurance reviews, and liaise with Security, Facilities, and Risk Management to reduce hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
