The role collaborates with communications, marketing, editorial, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and strengthen ACS’s influence and credibility in public scientific discourse.

Manages existing accounts and develops new business for CAS scientific information and services. Responsibilities include consultative solution selling, pipeline generation, account growth, RFPs, proposals, contract negotiations, customer engagement, product demonstrations, forecasting, and collaboration with technical and delivery teams. The role serves chemistry and scientific-industry clients across North America and requires executive-level relationship management, revenue ownership, CRM usage, and travel to client meetings and industry events.

Administer and govern Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID platforms, including collaboration services, identity access controls, Conditional Access, PIM, enterprise applications, and identity lifecycle processes. Partner with security and business stakeholders on governance, risk, audit readiness, and service hardening.
