Legal Summer Intern supporting transactional legal work involving intellectual property licensing, SaaS and commercial contracts, data privacy, software licensing, international sales, and corporate matters. Responsibilities include legal research, contract drafting and review, meeting participation, cross-functional collaboration, and special projects. The role provides in-house counsel exposure at the intersection of science, technology, and business and does not involve litigation support.

Leads ACS’s social media transformation through platform-specific storytelling, creator partnerships, audience engagement, analytics, and reputation management. Develops social strategy across established and emerging platforms, advises executives, monitors trends and sentiment, guides crisis response, and manages a team of social media specialists. The role collaborates with communications, marketing, editorial, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and strengthen ACS’s influence and credibility in public scientific discourse.

Performs clerical and technical content operations, including scanning, data entry, pagination, document sorting, error correction, auditing, production monitoring, and database content preparation. Ensures information is accurate, consistent, computer-readable, and published according to quality and schedule standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently on routine assignments.
