Develop and hold GMs accountable, standardize SOPs, balance capacity and demand, run regional operating cadence, manage OEM warranty/recall alignment, and represent regional performance to corporate leadership.

Lead fixed operations performance across multiple service centers in a region, owning regional P&L, KPIs, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience.
