The Credit Controller is responsible for monitoring customer balances, collecting payments, negotiating plans, reconciling accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with credit policies.

Provide administrative support to the sales team by maintaining CRM records, processing sales bookings, preparing sales reports and proposals, coordinating meetings and calendars, responding to customer inquiries, tracking KPIs and sales targets, and ensuring compliance with sales processes.

Generate new B2B business via cold calling and follow-up, meet monthly sales targets, maintain customer records, deliver presentations and product training, analyze customer satisfaction, support marketing/promotions, manage commissions, and report daily activities to management.

Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) using quality scorecards; conduct audits; provide feedback and coaching; track KPIs and improvement plans; prepare and present quality reports; identify trends, root causes, and compliance risks; support audits and update SOPs and scorecards while partnering with Training, Operations, and WFM to improve service delivery.
