Coordinate and prioritize daily vehicle deliveries, manage and explain sales paperwork and aftermarket products to customers, introduce customers to service offerings, demonstrate vehicle operational features, and learn dealership processes across sales and finance functions.

Perform day-to-day accounts payable tasks including reconciling AP/AR accounts, tracking and recording payments/deposits, scanning and billing, preparing monthly reconciliations and reports, and assisting with audits and general accounting projects to support management.

Inspect reconditioned vehicles to ensure retail readiness, identify cosmetic and quality issues, coordinate corrective actions with Detail Department, communicate findings to service and sales teams, verify compliance with the Quality Control Manual, assist photography and support detail during busy periods to maintain high customer experience standards.

Support dealership sales and delivery processes: coordinate vehicle deliveries, assist with paperwork and customer walkthroughs, explain aftermarket products, introduce customers to service, and ensure smooth delivery experiences while learning sales and finance operations.
