Inspect reconditioned vehicles to ensure retail readiness, identify cosmetic and quality issues, coordinate corrective actions with Detail Department, communicate findings to service and sales teams, verify compliance with the Quality Control Manual, assist photography and support detail during busy periods to maintain high customer experience standards.

Support dealership sales and delivery processes: coordinate vehicle deliveries, assist with paperwork and customer walkthroughs, explain aftermarket products, introduce customers to service, and ensure smooth delivery experiences while learning sales and finance operations.

Lead and manage daily operations of the Detail Department to ensure vehicles meet appearance standards. Supervise, schedule, train, and coach Detail Associates, maintain records and metrics, recommend process improvements, and promote a safe, organized, team-oriented work environment focused on quality and efficiency.
