Maintains an organized front desk, coordinates with Sales and Service teams, balances multiple priorities, and delivers professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Performs accounts payable and receivable reconciliation, payment and deposit tracking, billing, scanning, monthly account reconciliation, audit preparation, financial reporting, and general accounting support for assigned stores. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, communication, time management, and Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
