Inspect completed vehicles for cosmetic, detailing, and quality deficiencies before retail sale. Coordinate corrective actions with the Detail Department, communicate concerns to service and sales teams, verify compliance with quality standards, assist with vehicle photography, and support detailing during busy periods. The role requires attention to detail, communication, organization, teamwork, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Performs accounts payable and receivable reconciliation, payment and deposit tracking, billing, scanning, monthly account reconciliation, audit preparation, financial reporting, and general accounting support for assigned stores. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, communication, time management, and Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Welcomes customers in person and by phone, directs inquiries, provides clerical support, processes retail service payments, maintains the front desk, and coordinates with dealership departments while delivering professional customer service.
