Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, serving as the primary contact and overseeing renewals, carrier negotiations, benefit comparisons, presentations, open enrollment, communications, implementations, and compliance coordination. The role requires maintaining accurate records, resolving service issues, supporting retention, coordinating internal and external partners, and delegating work while managing deadlines and client relationships.

Manage and service a book of middle-market commercial insurance clients. Serve as primary client contact, oversee renewals, prepare submissions, review policies, negotiate with carriers, identify coverage gaps, support producers in meetings, maintain documentation, and pursue cross-sell opportunities to drive retention and growth.

Drive new business across commercial, personal, and health insurance lines by prospecting, building relationships, advising on coverage, presenting proposals, closing sales, coordinating premium collection, and supporting client service and claims resolution.

Provide technical and administrative support for benefits enrollment and carrier connectivity. Maintain Employee Navigator and Applied Epic records, reconcile billing, manage EDI/API/834 connections, produce reports, assist with compliance (Medicare, 1094), and coordinate with account managers, carriers, and clients.
