Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a book of middle market clients. This role partners with Producers to deliver proactive, strategic service, ensure accurate policy management, and support strong client retention and growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as primary contact for middle market clients, building strong, long-term relationships
· Manage the full renewal process, including strategy, marketing, proposals, and binding
· Prepare applications, exposure data, and submission materials 120+ days in advance
· Review policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations for accuracy and coverage
· Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve complex issues
· Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions aligned with client needs
· Support Producers with client meetings and renewals
· Maintain accurate documentation and manage service timeline in a fast-paced environment
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell and round out accounts
Qualifications
· 3-5+ years of Commercial insurance experience (middle market preferred)
· Active Property & Casualty license required
· Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and markets.
· Experience managing complex accounts and renewal strategies
· Proficiency with an agency management system (EPIC, AMS360, or similar).
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

Skills Required
- 3-5+ years of Commercial insurance experience (middle market preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license
