Frequent travel to Carlisle locations (~50%).

Manage and drive regional sales for Carlisle roofing products by overseeing reps, distributors, and internal sales staff. Develop territory plans, call on contractors, architects, and owners, conduct presentations, hire and coach regional personnel, monitor market trends, and report on sales performance. Frequent travel required to grow market share and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Lead plant machine reliability initiatives: implement predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography, lubrication, corrosion monitoring), analyze work orders/Wonderware data, optimize PMs, standardize procedures, support projects and safety (LOTO), and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations to increase uptime and reduce failures.

Manage and implement site EHS programs in a manufacturing facility: lead safety strategy, training, audits, incident root-cause analysis, ISO 14001 and Gensuite execution, regulatory compliance, and site leadership advisement.

On-site EHS Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs at EPS manufacturing plants. Requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and customer service.

Provide technical leadership for polyiso insulation manufacturing: establish enterprise process standards, lead scale-up and commercialization, optimize cross-site processes, support capital projects, apply statistical methods and process modeling, and mentor engineering capability.

Perform and lead IT audit engagements (SOX ITGCs, ITACs), assess IT controls and emerging tech risks, leverage data analytics and automation, liaise with stakeholders and track remediation to completion.

Lead and execute production work plans to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
