Own end-to-end SKU setup and product lifecycle master data in ERP. Lead cross-functional teams through Stage Gate product development from concept to launch. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Facilitate meetings, prepare phase-gate deliverables, support launches, and conduct post-launch reviews.

Serve as primary HR contact for a designated manufacturing facility, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, training, compliance, and HR programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations to support hiring, onboarding, engagement, investigations, succession planning, and continuous improvement using HR metrics. Lead R&D process engineering for polyiso insulation manufacturing: manage capital projects from concept to commissioning, drive process optimization, standardize manufacturing, implement automation and reliability improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget solutions while mentoring engineering staff.

Provide hands-on technical support and training for Carlisle roofing systems and equipment. Troubleshoot field issues, conduct job-site visits, deliver equipment start-up and operator training, support new product development and testing, create documentation and training programs, and promote installation best practices across customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Lead development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes for plastics/rubber products. Drive process-improvement projects using DOE, SPC, Lean and Six Sigma. Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering and R&D to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, establish process controls, mentor teams, and manage capital projects from concept to execution to improve quality, productivity, and reduce costs.

Lead R&D for polyiso insulation product lines, develop advanced foam formulations and low-GWP technologies, optimize manufacturing and commercialization, ensure regulatory and standards compliance, mentor teams, and contribute to IP and industry engagement.

Support development of agentic AI workflows, backend APIs, and interactive prototypes. Work on computer vision (SEM image analysis), data wrangling, statistical modeling, and machine learning models. Document reproducible code, present results, and stay current with AI tools to accelerate materials R&D.

Design, supervise, and install electrical equipment and plant modifications; troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs and production electrical systems; create/update CAD drawings; procure bids and manage project installations; support safety programs (Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash) and participate in plant initiatives to improve productivity and safety.

Provide clerical and front-office support including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling, mail processing, accounts payable/receivable assistance, ordering supplies, coordinating vendors and events, taking meeting notes, supporting safety and HR initiatives, and performing general office administration.

Lead the plant value stream to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective production. Support commissioning, operation, and development of a lab-scale polymerization reactor. Assist with experimental planning, raw-material prep, reactor operation under supervision, post-processing, sample characterization, data analysis, documentation, literature/patent research, and lab operations support following SOPs and safety protocols.
