Supervise shift production to meet quality, safety, scheduling, and cost targets. Lead and develop staff, troubleshoot quality/nonconformance, coordinate with support functions, drive continuous improvement and lean/COS initiatives, and assist with budgeting and project implementation.

Provide technical service and support for polyurethane products and equipment to key accounts. Troubleshoot equipment, perform QC inspections and root cause analysis, develop and deliver training, update SOPs and documentation, coordinate maintenance/repairs and spare parts, and communicate design or QC changes to account managers. Role requires significant travel and fieldwork.

Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for thermoplastics categories. Develop and implement category sourcing plans, negotiate multi-year contracts, provide market insights, collaborate with engineering/R&D, drive cost savings and supply continuity, and manage supplier performance and risk.
