Lead R&D for adhesives, sealants, and coatings for commercial roofing, focusing on solvent-based contact adhesives. Develop formulations and scale processes from lab to pilot and plant, characterize polymer materials (rheology and analytical techniques), design experiments and analyze data, publish technical reports and present findings, support product stewardship, and drive cost, quality, sustainability, and process improvements while maintaining laboratory and production safety.

Lead cross-functional teams through Stage Gate product development from concept to launch. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Facilitate meetings, prepare phase-gate deliverables, support launches, and conduct post-launch reviews.

Serve as primary HR contact for a designated manufacturing facility, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, training, compliance, and HR programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations to support hiring, onboarding, engagement, investigations, succession planning, and continuous improvement using HR metrics. Maintain confidential records, ensure legal compliance, lead or support projects, and provide backup coverage for other HR partners. Occasional travel (up to 5%) to other company locations.
