Manage sales growth and profitability for a Northern California territory. Develop territory plans, manage key accounts, pursue new business, build distributor partnerships, support contractors and installers, deliver technical presentations, win project bids, and report market and sales activities. Requires commercial construction market knowledge, EPS and XPS insulation expertise, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least five years of construction products industry experience.

Provides administrative and clerical support to plant leadership, including reception, communications, meeting coordination, scheduling, event support, purchasing, payment initiation, reporting, and employee engagement activities. The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, discretion, organization, communication, and prioritization skills. Work is primarily office-based with occasional plant-floor presence requiring PPE. Monday-Friday hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed and no expected travel.

Drives technical sales, specification influence, territory development, and product adoption across the Pacific Northwest. Builds relationships with architects, consultants, owners, contractors, distributors, and representatives; provides technical guidance, training, project support, pricing assistance, and product recommendations. Reviews construction documents, supports product launches, tracks opportunities in CRM systems, and reports territory performance. The role is fully remote with extensive regional travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend work.
