Operates manual and CNC machines to fabricate and assemble metallic and nonmetallic components. Reads engineering drawings, determines machining sequences and tolerances, adjusts speeds and feeds, performs first-piece inspections, documents ISO inspections, and sharpens progressive die components. Maintains tooling, troubleshoots machining issues, may install replacement parts or weld, and occasionally operates a forklift. Requires safe work practices, housekeeping, physical ability, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Lead a $90M+ sheet metal manufacturing plant across two shifts, driving safety, operational excellence, COS/lean initiatives, KPI performance, cross-functional collaboration, and development of supervisors and 70+ team members to optimize throughput and reduce waste.

Own customer orders from entry through shipment and invoicing. Review orders for accuracy, coordinate with planning, inventory, shipping, and purchasing, monitor open orders, communicate schedule changes, resolve customer issues, and build relationships with customers and internal partners to ensure on-time fulfillment and excellent service.
