Senior Product Designer responsible for designing intuitive caregiver and coordinator experiences across web, mobile, SMS, push, and voice. The role includes user research, journey design, rewards and engagement experiences, design system evolution, usability testing, and establishing product design quality standards. The designer will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, measure product outcomes, and improve conversational and operational workflows for home care users.

Own and scale AI-powered agentic products for home care organizations, including voice staffing, EVV support, and caregiver-facing experiences. Define roadmaps, success metrics, reliability standards, experiments, and release priorities. Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and users to improve adoption, engagement, ROI, and business outcomes. The role requires taking AI products from 0-to-1 into reliable production experiences while supporting go-to-market efforts.
