Provide assisted living residents with personal care, mobility assistance, vital sign monitoring, emotional support, and communicate changes to nursing staff and families to promote resident dignity and independence.

Provide meal preparation, serving, and mealtime assistance for senior residents following dietary plans and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness, follow instructions, collaborate with care staff, and support resident nutritional needs and wellbeing.

Resolve coverage and documentation issues, submit third-party/Medicaid claims, process admissions, communicate discrepancies with facilities and pharmacists, and maintain payer/formulary knowledge to ensure timely dispensing and payment.

Provide front-desk and clerical support at a healthcare facility: greet visitors, answer and route calls, coordinate communication between residents and staff, perform filing and data entry, maintain office supplies, and use basic computer skills to manage electronic health records and correspondence while protecting confidentiality.

Manage and reorder ancillary nursing supplies, maintain organized inventory and records, restock nursing units, check in orders, follow billing procedures, and support cross-training to ensure residents receive needed supplies.

Provide safe medication administration to residents per physician orders and facility policy, monitor for adverse reactions, maintain accurate medication records, assist with individualized care plans, and educate residents and families on medication management.

Manage long-term care pharmacy billing: process daily census and payer changes, apply credits/invoices, prepare statements, resolve billing audits and AR, provide quotes and electronic billing, and support billing process improvements and customer relations.

Oversee nursing care on an assisted living unit as an LPN Unit Manager: supervise staff, develop individualized care plans (including wound care), ensure regulatory compliance, provide direct care and medication administration, train and evaluate associates, manage documentation, and coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Provide safe medication administration and monitoring for long-term care residents, maintain accurate medication records, assist with individualized care plans, and educate residents and families while reporting adverse reactions to nursing staff.

Provide pharmaceutical care for home care patients by reviewing/verifying orders, monitoring drug therapy and lab results, consulting with physicians/nurses, documenting clinical activities, and supervising technical staff. Perform IV admixture services and ensure safe, effective medication use.
