Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and associates in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information or transferring calls as appropriate. Coordinate communication between residents, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or related environment. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
