Leads data visualization initiatives supporting strategic and tactical mission objectives. Develops interactive visualizations from complex ERP transactional and analytical data, using custom technologies and enterprise tools such as D3, Qlik, and SAP Lumira. Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enterprise visualizations through agile methods. Creates complex queries and stored procedures for dynamic reporting and visualization.

Leads configuration management for complex information systems and software and hardware components. Maintains functional and physical baselines, configuration records, technical documentation, and audit support. Reviews engineering change requests, assesses baseline and logistics impacts, prepares change authorization directives, and facilitates Configuration Control Boards. Coordinates with quality assurance and management to ensure accurate product baselines. May support SAP change and transport management, release coordination, and system lifecycle activities.

Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI platforms. Write SQL queries in Oracle and Databricks, support dimensional data models and data warehousing, gather reporting requirements, optimize query and report performance, and help manage documentation, version control, scheduled refreshes, and reporting enhancements. The role also supports AWS-based reporting solutions and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Administer SAP applications, including SAP GRC and application security sustainment or implementation. Serve as a technical point of contact for large-scale projects, lead smaller projects, review administrators’ work, finalize processes, analyze requirements, and resolve technical and process issues.

Designs and executes integration, acceptance, regression, performance, end-to-end, and automated software tests. Develops test scripts, frameworks, test data, and documentation; analyzes system security; evaluates results against requirements and design; and maintains automated test cases. Requires Oracle EBS experience, automation tooling expertise, CI/CD pipeline integration, a recognized technical certification, five or more years of relevant testing experience, and an IT-II clearance or current NACLC.
