Manages large, complex task orders or related task-order groups for government IT systems. Coordinates with program leadership, contracting officers, task order managers, government personnel, and agency representatives. Oversees technical solution delivery and schedules, while supporting database administration, application passwords, data maintenance, record updates, data integrity, and technical data analysis for mission-critical reporting and decision-making.

Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and implement government software systems. Build and support APIs for low-code/no-code platforms, develop with Ab Initio and/or ServiceNow, resolve issues, recommend improvements, and maintain user documentation. Collaborate with technical and functional teams in agile or hybrid environments. May lead developers by assigning, directing, and reviewing work. Requires five years of relevant experience, current IT-II/NACLC investigation, U.S. citizenship, and a DoD-approved IAT Level I certification.

Elicits and analyzes user needs, documents software requirements, develops use cases and models, prioritizes requirements, and serves as the liaison between customers and development teams. The analyst manages requirements baselines and change control, validates designs and deliverables, participates in peer reviews, communicates test results, and tracks requirements through final verification across the software development lifecycle.
