Lead a data delivery engineering team as a contributing manager, balancing hands-on coding with people leadership. Own delivery pipelines, integrations, backlog prioritization, and communication with Product and stakeholders. Drive AI-assisted development adoption, ensure correctness of client-facing outputs, unblock engineers, and improve processes for reliable, timely data delivery across integrations and channels.

The Data Engineer will design and build scalable data systems, contribute to the architecture of the data platform, and collaborate with AI/ML engineers to enhance automation and intelligence in Canoe's systems.

Support asset-level data intake, validation, and exception triage for private markets. Ensure data quality and standardization, perform trend analysis to inform product and process improvements, coordinate onshore/offshore delivery, document operational logic, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve workflows and client reporting.
