The ASHL League Convener manages recreational hockey league operations and serves as the main contact between teams and facility management. Responsibilities include collecting registration fees, preparing timekeeper schedules, enforcing rules and suspensions, maintaining league statistics and CRM records, verifying waivers, communicating with league stakeholders, supporting prize presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service during flexible evening and weekend hours.

Leads Canlan Sports’ brand identity, marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, and multi-channel creative execution across digital, social, print, email, and in-person experiences. Manages designers, maintains brand standards and design systems, coordinates external creative vendors, and collaborates with marketing, sales, sponsorship, content, product, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, engaging creative that supports business objectives.

Coordinates recreational multi-sport league operations, including collecting fees, preparing schedules, maintaining statistics systems, enforcing waivers and suspensions, supporting prizes, and communicating with teams, referees, timekeepers, spectators, and facility management. The role requires strong sports knowledge, customer service, organization, communication, computer skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Coordinates recreational hockey league operations and serves as the primary liaison between facility management, teams, referees, timekeepers, and spectators. Independent contractor referee responsible for technically officiating recreational hockey games under CHA, ASHL, 3on3, and YHL rules. Duties include preparing equipment, inspecting teams and warmups, completing game sheets, providing instructions, enforcing rules, recording penalties and suspensions, ensuring safe team departures, reporting incidents, and invoicing for services. A CHA or provincial equivalent Level 2 certification is required.

Supervise hands-on arena operations, including ice resurfacing and maintenance, facility repairs, ice plant monitoring, grounds upkeep, equipment maintenance, staff scheduling and training, supply ordering, safety compliance, and operational recordkeeping. The role requires flexible evening and weekend availability and responsibility for maintaining safe, clean, and functional sports facilities within approved budgets.

Leads and delivers full-day, sport-specific camps for children, including on-ice and off-ice activities. Provides exceptional customer experiences, supervises activities, communicates with participants and teams, and supports a positive, organized camp environment. The role requires flexible availability, leadership, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and at least two years of sports instruction experience. Coaching or teaching experience is preferred.
