Lead strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the CHAMPS skating program. Develop recreational, developmental, and competitive programs aligned with Skate Canada. Drive membership growth and athlete progression, manage coaches and stakeholders, oversee scheduling and ice utilization, monitor performance metrics, and promote Safe Sport and inclusive governance.

Deliver full-day sport-specific camps including on-ice and off-ice activities, provide excellent customer experiences, lead and organize youth sports instruction, and work as part of a team in a recreational sports complex.

Sell and coordinate tournaments, birthday parties, corporate and community events for a multi-sport complex. Manage bookings, event logistics, payments, competitor analysis, and on-site execution. Support sales strategy, community outreach, and collaborate with F&B, operations, and program teams. Serve as Manager On Duty and cover Sales Coordinator responsibilities as needed; work flexible evenings and weekends.

Manage all facility maintenance and ice production operations including refrigeration plant and HVAC, ice flooding/painting, janitorial, staffing (hire/train/schedule/supervise), budgeting, CAPEX coordination, asset tracking, troubleshooting equipment failures, and ensuring health and safety and timely service request resolution.

Manage turf/court contracts, spot rentals, public programs, tournaments and events. Support direct sales strategies, revenue development, customer relationships, bookings, promotions and program administration. Act as Manager On Duty and analyze sales effectiveness while maintaining ongoing customer communication.
