Deliver full-day, sport-specific camps while providing exceptional customer experiences. Lead and supervise children, collaborate with team members, communicate with parents, and maintain organized, safe, engaging camp programming.

Manage all facility maintenance and ice production operations including refrigeration, ice resurfacing and painting, HVAC, staff scheduling, training and supervision, budgets, inspections, work orders, supplies, and troubleshooting to ensure safe, functioning rink operations.

Coordinate ASHL league operations and deliver excellent customer service: collect fees, manage schedules and online statistics, enforce rules and suspensions, maintain CRM (DASH), prepare reports, ensure waivers and certifications, and liaise with teams, referees, and timekeepers. Work evenings and weekends as required.

Create, edit, and publish video, photo, and written content for social and digital channels. Capture on-site event content across Ontario, manage assets in the DAM, monitor trends and engagement, and collaborate with staff and talent to produce timely, platform-specific storytelling that supports marketing campaigns and community programs.

Deliver full-day, sport-specific camps (on-ice and off-ice activities) for children, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through leadership, communication, organization, and teamwork. Maintain safety, engage participants, and follow standardized program plans.
