Lead strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the CHAMPS skating program. Develop recreational, developmental, and competitive programs aligned with Skate Canada. Drive membership growth and athlete progression, manage coaches and stakeholders, oversee scheduling and ice utilization, monitor performance metrics, and promote Safe Sport and inclusive governance.

Manage daily office operations for two sports complexes, handling onboarding, payroll and accounting tasks, sales contract finalization, AR/AP, health & safety committee leadership, and regular manager-on-duty shifts to support staff and operations across locations.

Deliver full-day sport-specific camps including on-ice/field and off-ice activities. Provide excellent customer experiences, lead and supervise children, organize activities, communicate with parents and team, and apply coaching/instruction skills to ensure safe, engaging camp programming.

Support Customer Experience by running mixed-methods research (surveys, interviews, analysis), maintaining VoC programs, auditing and improving surveys, building dashboards, and creating CX content to surface insights and recommendations across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.

Deliver full-day sport-specific camps (on-ice/on-field and off-ice/off-field activities), provide exceptional customer experiences, lead and instruct children, maintain organization and safety, work flexible hours as part of a team.

Support CRM maintenance and manage ice contracts, spot rentals, and tournaments. Assist Sales and Customer Care Manager with direct sales strategy, customer outreach, and revenue development. Help plan and execute leagues, camps, and programs while ensuring excellent customer experience and handling ad hoc tasks.

Manage day-to-day facility and ice production operations including ice maintenance, refrigeration plant and HVAC oversight, janitorial and building maintenance, staff recruitment/training/scheduling, budgeting, CAPEX coordination, utility monitoring, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Manage multi-sport league operations including fee collection, scheduling, enforcement of rules and suspensions, maintaining CRM (DASH) and online statistics tools, ensuring waivers, liaising with teams, referees and timekeepers, and supporting prize presentations. Requires evening and weekend availability.
