Leads Canlan Sports’ brand identity, marketing campaigns, and creative execution across digital, print, social, sponsorship, email, web, and in-person experiences. Manages designers, mentors creative talent, maintains brand standards and design systems, coordinates agencies and production vendors, and collaborates with marketing, sales, sponsorship, content, and leadership teams to deliver consistent, engaging brand communications.

Coordinates sports facility sales and booking opportunities, including contracts, rentals, public programs, tournaments, and events. Supports direct sales and revenue development strategies, promotes programming and equipment rentals, builds customer relationships, identifies revenue opportunities, analyzes sales effectiveness, and serves as Manager on Duty. The role requires strong communication, customer service, administrative, and sales skills with flexibility for weekend shifts.

Drive sport surface sales and bookings for a recreational sports complex. Manage contracts, rentals, public programs, tournaments, customer relationships, and accounts receivable. Support revenue targets by promoting programs and equipment rentals, analyzing competitors, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams while coordinating operational systems and sales opportunities.
