Oversee daily operations of the CNE 50/50 raffle program, supervise and train ticket sellers and assistant managers, ensure AGCO and internal compliance, manage scheduling, payroll and sales reporting, safeguard equipment, coach cash/credit handling, support setup/teardown, address guest inquiries, and drive sales strategies to meet targets during the event period.

Supervise and train staff to set up, maintain, and run interactive agricultural activity stations for children. Ensure safety, rotate and resupply stations, assign shifts and breaks, escalate incidents, assist during peak periods, and answer public questions about programming.
