Coordinates with employees, operational leaders, TPAs, adjusters, attorneys, and medical resources; monitors claims, reserves, expenses, and IBNR; supports limited-duty programs; reconciles insurance fees and allocations; manages monopolistic-state claims; and assists with OSHA surveys, inspections, training, and reporting.
