Demonstrate operation of sold RVs to new owners, ensure all delivery paperwork, keys, manuals and warranties are provided, perform quality inspections, liaise between sales, service and F&I, communicate delivery status or delays, assist with spot deliveries, and follow up with customers to address questions or concerns.

Lead and manage a .NET integrations development team for retail applications. Hands-on design, development, and maintenance of C#/ASP.NET Core services, cloud deployments, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring. Support BD Sales by managing website inventory listings and photos, record and track RV sales appointments and leads in CRM, monitor lead response times, follow provided scripts, log notes and stage changes, and provide administrative and customer-service support to exceed customer expectations.

Oversee service department operations to maximize installation and service sales. Supervise and train shop personnel, manage schedules, track departmental results and budgets, ensure productivity and safety, provide end-to-end customer service, and perform miscellaneous operational duties as needed.

Support retail sales and merchandising by implementing marketing and planograms, managing inventory and cycle counts, stocking and pricing products, providing customer service, answering phones, and assisting with cash handling and safety. May cross-train for other store duties.

Develop and maintain integrations and APIs connecting CRM, ERP, POS, and web systems. Participate in SDLC, design and modify systems for performance, support cross-functional teams, perform on-call rotation for 24/7 retail operations, and assist with testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
