Demonstrate operation of sold RVs to new owners, ensure all delivery paperwork, keys, manuals and warranties are provided, perform quality inspections, liaise between sales, service and F&I, communicate delivery status or delays, assist with spot deliveries, and follow up with customers to address questions or concerns.

Lead and manage a .NET integrations development team for retail applications. Hands-on design, development, and maintenance of C#/ASP.NET Core services, cloud deployments, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring. Collaborate with product owners, QA, and stakeholders, convert business requirements into technical designs, support production systems (on-call), and drive agile practices and continuous improvement.

Perform indirect tax compliance for multi-state sales and use tax and business personal property tax. Prepare and file returns, cash requests, journal entries, reconciliations, and property tax renditions. Support audits, maintain taxability matrices and exemption documentation, manage tax calendars, and assist with system maintenance and integrations (Vertex/Avalara). Partner with finance and cross-functional teams and respond to indirect tax inquiries.
