The manager also coordinates with retail, service, and finance departments while maintaining high service standards, supporting company policies, and monitoring RV market trends and inventory.

Manages finance and insurance transactions, selects lenders, secures approvals, finalizes customer deliveries, and ensures contract funding. Tracks F&I performance metrics, supports deal structuring, maintains contract processes, and trains sales personnel. The role requires strong sales, closing, organizational, communication, customer service, and business management skills, along with finance and insurance product experience.
