Coordinates physician and provider credentialing, re-credentialing, privileging, database maintenance, compliance monitoring, and peer review activities. Processes applications, verifies primary sources, prepares provider profiles and committee materials, records meeting minutes, facilitates peer review investigations, and collaborates with medical staff and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, HIPAA, and organizational requirements.

Manages clinical quality improvement and population health initiatives for an ambulatory medical group. Oversees payer incentive programs, quality metrics, patient experience, care gaps, preventive care, chronic disease outcomes, and health equity efforts. Develops workflows, dashboards, education, outreach strategies, and performance improvement initiatives while partnering with clinical and administrative leaders. Uses data to identify trends and opportunities, supports care coordination, and facilitates Lean, QAPI, and project management activities.

Coordinates the hospital-wide patient safety event reporting process, including triage, investigations, root cause analyses, trend reporting, corrective action plans, and follow-up. Supports quality committees, accreditation and regulatory activities, audits, education, policy development, and performance improvement initiatives. Provides patient safety expertise across clinical and nonclinical departments and backs up infection prevention duties, including communicable disease and NHSN reporting, exposure investigations, and culture review.

Performs moderate- and high-complexity clinical laboratory testing on patient specimens, verifies and reports results, maintains and troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation and information systems, completes quality assessments and proficiency testing, documents corrective actions, and prepares laboratory, blood bank, statistical, and cost reports. The role also performs Medical Laboratory Technician duties and requires reliable attendance, computer proficiency, and adherence to laboratory procedures.

Provide direct nursing and medical assistant care in an outpatient OB/GYN clinic on a PRN basis. Duties include patient registration, vitals, documentation in EPIC, medication administration, procedure setup, assisting providers, scheduling, prior authorizations, supply management, and patient education while following clinical protocols and office policies.

Perform cardiac ultrasound exams (TEE and TTE), prepare and maintain equipment and rooms, review records, obtain quality diagnostic images, present findings to physicians, document procedures, and maintain credentials and patient safety.
