Manage administration, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination for the Regional Health Transformation Program (RHTP) grant. Track performance metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, support audits, oversee budgets and contracts, and coordinate implementation across departments and community partners to ensure program objectives and fiscal accountability.

Lead healthcare performance improvement and transformation initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and project management. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to manage RHTP projects, analyze data, develop dashboards, drive change management, and ensure measurable improvements in quality, safety, access, and value-based care outcomes.

Provide direct nursing and medical assistant care in an outpatient OB/GYN clinic on a PRN basis. Duties include patient registration, vitals, documentation in EPIC, medication administration, procedure setup, assisting providers, scheduling, prior authorizations, supply management, and patient education while following clinical protocols and office policies.
