Coordinates the hospital-wide patient safety event reporting process, including triage, investigations, root cause analyses, trend reporting, corrective action plans, and follow-up. Supports quality committees, accreditation and regulatory activities, audits, education, policy development, and performance improvement initiatives. Provides patient safety expertise across clinical and nonclinical departments and backs up infection prevention duties, including communicable disease and NHSN reporting, exposure investigations, and culture review.

Performs moderate- and high-complexity clinical laboratory testing on patient specimens, verifies and reports results, maintains and troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation and information systems, completes quality assessments and proficiency testing, documents corrective actions, and prepares laboratory, blood bank, statistical, and cost reports. The role also performs Medical Laboratory Technician duties and requires reliable attendance, computer proficiency, and adherence to laboratory procedures.

Manage administration, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination for the Regional Health Transformation Program (RHTP) grant. Track performance metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, support audits, oversee budgets and contracts, and coordinate implementation across departments and community partners to ensure program objectives and fiscal accountability.
