Supports employee learning and development by designing and delivering onboarding, compliance, technical, and continuous education programs. Administers Workday LMS content, creates eLearning materials and training videos, coordinates educational programs, delivers instruction across multiple platforms, and analyzes program effectiveness through metrics and reporting. Partners with business teams to identify development needs and implement learning solutions.

Analyzes and underwrites commercial and commercial real estate loans, prepares credit memoranda, evaluates financial statements, recommends risk ratings, and supports loan decisions. The role also monitors existing loan portfolios, maintains regulatory and policy compliance, updates underwriting workflows and reports, mentors junior analysts, collaborates with lenders and management, and leads credit-related projects and process improvements.

Leads mortgage underwriting and consumer lending operations, managing underwriters, making complex credit decisions, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, overseeing loan quality, maintaining investor and industry relationships, and developing staff. The role covers Conventional, Portfolio, FHA, VA, and RD loans, with responsibility for workflow management, training, supervision, and adherence to fair lending practices.

Processes and investigates debit card, Zelle, ATM, and electronic payment disputes; adjudicates claims under Regulation E, card-network rules, and bank policies. Manages provisional and final credits, chargebacks, recoveries, representments, and arbitration within required timelines. Reviews transaction data and supporting documentation, identifies fraud patterns and potential BSA/AML concerns, escalates risks, and supports branch and customer service teams with dispute resolution.

Design and evolve enterprise security architecture and Zero Trust strategy; align controls with NIST CSF, SOX, and GLBA; evaluate vendor/SaaS security; perform threat modeling and architecture risk assessments; support security for AI and API integrations; mentor teams and respond to security incidents.

Support the investment team with client administrative and operations tasks including recurring and ad-hoc reporting, cash request reviews, portfolio presentation preparation, account documentation verification, tax cost research, and process improvement projects. Collaborate with advisors, portfolio managers, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely client service and compliance with investment guidelines.

Sell investment management, insurance, and financial planning products; develop new business through referrals and prospecting; meet sales goals; advise on estate, tax, and retirement planning; maintain compliance with relevant regulations and bank policies.

Monitor and analyze threat intelligence and alerts, conduct threat hunting and vulnerability assessments, support incident response and firewall/email/endpoint security monitoring, prepare intelligence reports, and collaborate with IT and physical security to maintain compliance and improve security posture.

Manage an assigned portfolio of problem commercial loans to minimize loss through workout plans, negotiations, collateral liquidation, and legal actions. Review credit and legal files, work with attorneys, analyze borrower financials, present charge-offs and reports to committees, mentor peers, and coordinate projects to protect collateral and resolve delinquent accounts.

Provide customer support and technical assistance for treasury management products (online banking, ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, lockbox, etc.), respond to phone/email inquiries, implement new services, perform reviews (RDC/ACH), assist sales with relationship reviews, and train clients and staff.
