Manage relationship mapping, diagnostics, pricing strategy, executive alignment, and market presence. Continue owning client relationships through pilot implementations and full rollouts, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring customer adoption. The role requires strong healthcare private equity, RCM or clinical operations knowledge and a relationship-driven, full-cycle sales approach.

Build and operate secure, reliable, scalable platform infrastructure across AWS, PostgreSQL, ECS, CI/CD, and observability systems. Lead security and reliability initiatives, incident response, engineering tooling, and non-functional standards. Develop AI platform capabilities, including LLM development tools, guardrails, and infrastructure for AI-powered product features. Collaborate cross-functionally to understand organizational needs and improve developer productivity.

Design intuitive product experiences for complex healthcare workflows, datasets, and billing systems. Research internal users, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, simplify processes, define ambiguous problems, lead projects from concept through launch, and balance immediate solutions with scalable design systems. The role requires close collaboration with users and cross-functional teams while developing deep expertise in operational workflows.
