Post and reconcile payments by analyzing EOBs/ERAs, investigate payment discrepancies and denials, research payer portals, contact commercial and government payers, correct posting errors, monitor payer trends, and thoroughly document payment-related activities.

Own enterprise client outcomes for revenue cycle management: translate operational needs into product requirements, develop scalable billing and escalation processes, partner with engineering and GTM, and manage relationships to improve metrics like 90-day collections.
