Analyzes mechanical and plumbing plans, performs equipment take-offs, extracts bid documents, and prepares project quotations. Coordinates accurate product submittals, maintains organized job files, and collaborates with sales engineers, branch offices, business development teams, customers, and vendors. Provides responsive customer support while aligning quotes and documentation with regional sales strategies.

Supports sales, business development, and fabrication teams through equipment take-offs, custom HVAC and fluid-handling engineering, technical submittals, and design documentation. Reviews construction plans and specifications, creates P&ID and 2D/3D project drawings, develops equipment control schemes, maintains NSF and UL compliance, participates in client and pre-production meetings, and conducts occasional job-site visits.
