In this key role, you will analyze bid specifications, prepare competitive project quotes, and organize vital submittal data to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Quotations: Review mechanical/plumbing plans, perform equipment take-offs, extract bid documents from electronic exchanges, and prepare competitive project quotes.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Outside Sales Engineers, branch offices, and Business Development teams to align with regional sales strategies.
- Submittals: Prepare, update, and deliver accurate product submittal documentation to customers, keeping organized master job files.
- Customer Service: Maintain clear communication and provide top-tier support to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, high attention to detail, proficiency in arithmetic operations, and ability to read construction plans/specifications for mechanical and plumbing equipment.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or estimating tools is a plus!
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong time management ability.
