Coordinates technical project deliverables from quotation through completion, working with sales, engineering, estimators, vendors, customers, and external engineering firms. Manages specifications, design reviews, timelines, inspections, testing, documentation, and order requirements. Supports sales throughout quoting and project execution, including potential job site visits. Requires an engineering or technical degree, five or more years of refractory applications experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably CAD and PMP credentials.

Supports customer-facing marketing communications across global and regional channels. Responsibilities include creating and adapting content, developing marketing collateral, supporting digital campaigns, monitoring performance, coordinating cross-regional projects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies. The role emphasizes brand consistency, strong English writing, organization, digital marketing interest, and progressive development of communication and project coordination skills in an international environment.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations spanning planning, inventory, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and order management. Lead the supply chain team, monitor KPIs and inventory, ensure timely fulfillment, resolve operational issues, and coordinate cross-functional activities. Drive process improvements, production planning optimization, compliance, reporting, business continuity, and organizational change while maintaining reliable material and product flows.
