Solicits sales orders for refractory products, advises customers on product selection and applications, and provides technical support from selection through installation. Develops customer relationships through sales calls, jobsite visits, troubleshooting, presentations, quotations, and follow-up. Monitors inventories, orders, complaints, collections, forecasting, budgets, and CRM reporting while supporting supplier relationships and maximizing profitable business.
